Return Policy

Zorvani Beauty allows customers to return eligible products in accordance with this Return Policy. If you wish to return an order, please contact our customer service team before sending the product back.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned according to an approved return request

We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Product you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product, if applicable

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send any product back before your return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the total refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return Inspection

Once your return is received, we will inspect the product. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

If the product is used, damaged, incomplete, or does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be rejected or reduced by a reasonable amount.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item through the approved return process and placing a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Hygiene products if the packaging has been opened
  • Used products
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Products returned without prior approval

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.
